HTML - This is my favorite one to build sites with as it has a lot of flexibilities for me and for our clients.

WordPress - Almost everyone I know uses this one to build their site. Namely for people who want to build and maintain their own site. If you have a lot of knowledge in the areas of site building and WordPress, this is recommended for you.
HTML5 - I love the functionality and the movements of the HTML5 sites. This is only if you like that flashy and jumping around text boxes. Site built in HTML5 has a lot of movements as you move along the page.
360-Websites - Showing your business in 360 panorama view on your website is getting ahead of your competitors. It helps your potential clients to know your business more with the first step with showing them the inside of your business right there on your websites in 360-degree view.
